Tucked away on the second floor of a 200+ year old building, our 14 foot ceilings and heart of pine floors are a historical delight. We have lovingly restored the original bead board ceilings and walls, complete with the original dental molding.

This spacious 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor of The Jacobson Building offers 2 bedrooms with king size beds. The front bedroom has a view of historic Broad Street and an original fireplace, with gas logs. The back bedroom has its own sitting area and private bath. For additional sleeping accommodations, when needed, there is a comfortable queen sleeper in the living room. Each room is completely separated for privacy.

Our visitors can enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked modern kitchen and two large newly renovated tile baths. Our units are all centrally heated and cooled. We offer the nostalgia of an 18th century bed and breakfast, along with the comforts of today.
