The layout of the entire 2nd floor of The Jacobson Building allows completely private sleep accommodations for parties of 6 to 8, plus a modern fully stocked kitchen and a separate wet bar. Three tile newly renovated tile baths and a laundry room complete the necessary requirements for a perfect visit.

View historic Broad Street from original 6 foot windows. Enjoy the 18th century bead board walls and 14 foot ceilings with dental molding. This unit offers 2 original fireplaces with modern gas logs and gleaming heart pine flooring. Our spacious 2nd floor accommodations offer 2200 square feet, centrally heated and cooled, while retaining its historic flavor.

Two bedrooms have beautiful king size beds (one with a fireplace). The 3rd bedroom is a studio with living area, web bar and antique double bed. The private living room has a comfortable queen sleeper.
