We offer a variety of accommodations, everything from a cozy studio for two to our spacious three bedroom, two bath top floor condo. Wedding parties and family reunions enjoy the Jacobson House, offering accommodations to comfortably sleep up to 14 people.

All major credit cards accepted. 3% Cash Discount.
50% to book and hold reservations; 50% balance due on day of arrival.
$200 security/cleaning deposit on all rentals. NOT charged on card unless damages are incurred or excessive cleaning is necessary.
Cancellation policy: Full refund if replacement renter is found.
Any changes within 48 hours of booking cannot be handled via internet. Please call 843-556-5629.

Our downtown home provides a clean and quiet un-hosted environment for our guests. Loud partying is not tolerated. Please do not allow more than the agreed upon number of guests.
